Do you ship Worldwide?

What if my order was lost?

In the rare case that your phone is damaged or lost during shipping, we'll promptly send a replacement, no questions asked.

You absolutely will not pay any additional fee.

Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

Yes, You will receive an order number after placing you order(s). Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

How the warranty works?

In the rare case that your phone is damaged or lost during shipping, or if you encounter any issues after delivery, we'll promptly send a replacement, no questions asked. If you have encountered any errors or issues, please contact us. To request a replacement, you must contact us within 14 days of order delivery.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Simply ship the item back to us within 30 days to get a full refund!
